
Vauxhall have confirmed the pricing for the Corsa-e, starting at £26,490. This price includes the UK government electric car grant. As an added incentive the first 500 orders will receive a free home charging kit. Deliveries will begin in April 2020.

With a claimed maximum range of 211 miles, the imaginatively named Corsa-e shares its underpinnings with the equally imaginatively named Peugeot e-208.
Drivetrain
The Corsa-e comes with a 50kWh battery pack driving the front wheels only. It has 3 modes of driving, Eco, Normal and Sport. The max range being claimed in ‘normal’ mode. Eco mode can add 40% more range to the car. Sport takes a 10% penalty over Normal.
Charging

Using a 100kW rapid charger an 80% charge will take approximately 30 minutes. A full charge on an 11kW charger will typically take 7.5hours, ideal for your overnight charge.
UK Specs

There will be two trim levels offered in the UK. Alloy wheels, LED headlights, rear parking sensors will be standard on both specs.
Additional features offered will include lane keep assist, alongside traffic sign recognition, blind spot assist and adaptive cruise control. Safety tech and assistance features will include automatic emergency braking, automatic parking assistant and a rear view camera.
